Do I need an account to verify a certificate?
No. Certificate verification is public and does not require an account.
What information is required to verify a certificate?
You’ll need the Certificate ID and the learner’s last name exactly as shown on the certificate. If available, you can also verify using the QR code or verification link.
Can you help with Personal account or Learning Passport questions?

Can you help issuer accounts get set up?
Yes. Issuers can contact us for help with onboarding, certificate verification, learner records, QR codes, verification links and plan options.
